Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refund requests for all certification programs, training programs, workshops, masterclasses, digital learning products, assessments, subscriptions, and services offered by Hireyy Work and Hire (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

By enrolling in any program, making any payment, accessing our services, or continuing to use our learning platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Refund for any enrolled program is only applicable within 5 days of enrollment, and no professional or representative of Hireyy Work and Hire (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. can deny the request if it is raised within this time period.

You can raise a refund request through only the following official channels:

• Via Razorpay from where the payment was originally made.
• By emailing us at help@hireyy.com

Once the request is verified, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days, after deducting the applicable settlement or payment gateway processing charges ranging between 2.5% and 3.0% of the total course fee.

Refund requests raised after the initial five-day period shall only be considered under the following circumstances:

• In case of the student's death, the refund will be processed in favour of the student's legal family member.
• If there is a legal direction issued by a competent Consumer Court, Hireyy Work and Hire (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. shall comply with such order.

If a student makes another installment payment after the initial registration, it will be considered as confirmation that the learner has accepted the program and is satisfied with the services being provided.

Accordingly, the refund eligibility shall continue to be calculated only from the original enrollment date and not from any subsequent installment payment.

After verification of the refund request by Hireyy Work and Hire (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., the approved refund shall normally be processed within 7 to 15 working days.

The amount shall be credited back through the original payment method after deducting the applicable settlement or payment gateway processing charges.

Processing time may vary depending upon banks, payment gateway partners, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

• Refund requests submitted after completion of the five-day refund eligibility period.
• Students making subsequent installment payments after the initial enrollment.
• Failure to attend classes, live sessions, assessments, mentoring sessions, doubt sessions, or workshops.
• Voluntary discontinuation of the enrolled program after the refund period.
• Technical issues including internet problems, laptop issues, software incompatibility, or personal scheduling conflicts.
• Dissatisfaction communicated after the refund window has expired.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute, legal proceeding, refund-related matter, contractual disagreement, or consumer complaint arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

No proceedings relating to this Refund Policy shall be initiated before any other court except where required by applicable law.
