Hireyy may reasonably update course content, instructional tools, curriculum structure and delivery methods to reflect industry requirements, while respecting material contractual commitments.
4. Registration and Account Integrity
4.1 Registration Information
Learners may be required to provide their legal name, email address, mobile number, educational background, graduation year, professional experience and career objectives.
All information must be accurate and complete. Material changes should be communicated promptly.
4.2 Account Security
Learners must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share accounts with unauthorized individuals.
Fraudulent registration, impersonation, unauthorized account access and misrepresentation of qualifications are prohibited.
4.3 Verification
Hireyy may perform reasonable identity, email, mobile number and enrollment verification.
Suspected misuse may result in temporary access restrictions pending appropriate investigation.
5. Program Enrollment and Duration
Unless otherwise specified in the accepted enrollment agreement, the standard training durations are:
| Learner Category | Standard Duration |
|---|---|
| Freshers | 4 months |
| Experienced Professionals | 3 months |
The duration refers to the standard instructional period and does not guarantee employment within that period.
Program commencement and batch allocation shall be communicated through official enrollment confirmation.
Hireyy may reschedule classes due to trainer unavailability, technical issues, public holidays or other operational circumstances.
Where Hireyy cancels a contracted session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a replacement session or equivalent arrangement.
6. Fees, Registration and Billing
6.1 Program Fees
Total Program fees, applicable taxes, installment dates and any additional charges shall be communicated before enrollment.
6.2 Registration Amount
The standard registration amount is ₹4,999 inclusive of applicable taxes where stated in the relevant enrollment offer.
The registration amount may form part of the total Program fees, as specified in the payment agreement.
6.3 Taxes
Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be treated according to prevailing Indian tax laws.
6.4 Payment Records
Learners should retain payment receipts, invoices and transaction references.
6.5 Third-Party Financing
Any separate loan or financing arrangement entered into with a third-party provider shall remain governed by its own terms.
Cancellation of a Hireyy Program does not automatically cancel a separate financing agreement.
7. Classroom Access and First Installment Policy
7.1 Mandatory First Installment
Classroom access shall not be activated until the learner's first scheduled installment has been successfully credited to Hireyy's authorized account.
Payment of the registration amount alone does not automatically activate classroom services, unless expressly agreed in writing.
7.2 Payment Confirmation
Initiating a bank transfer, submitting a payment screenshot, authorizing an eNACH mandate or receiving a debit notification shall not be treated as confirmation that the Company has received the installment.
7.3 Classroom Activation
Once the first installment has been received and other applicable onboarding requirements have been completed, classroom access may be activated according to the allocated batch.
7.4 Delayed First Installment
Where the first installment is delayed, the Company may defer classroom onboarding until the payment obligation is satisfied or a revised arrangement is agreed.
8. eNACH, EMI and Installment Payment Policy
8.1 Payment Authorization
Learners selecting eNACH, EMI, automated debit or another installment arrangement agree to make payments according to the accepted payment schedule.
8.2 Payment Responsibility
The learner remains responsible for maintaining sufficient funds and ensuring successful installment payments.
8.3 Partial Payment
An active eNACH mandate or partial payment does not mean the full Program fee has been cleared.
8.4 Career Services Restriction
Placement assistance, ATS-friendly resume building, LinkedIn optimization and private job board access shall remain inactive until all outstanding Program installments have been successfully paid and credited to Hireyy.
These are payment-dependent services forming part of the complete Program package. Their activation requires fulfillment of the agreed payment obligations.
8.5 Installment Delay
A learner anticipating an installment delay may contact Hireyy through an authorized communication channel, including email, telephone or WhatsApp.
The learner may request additional time to arrange funds, resolve banking issues or explore an alternative payment method.
8.6 Grace Period
Hireyy may offer a reasonable grace period after considering the learner's circumstances, payment history and applicable agreement.
Any approved grace period and revised due date shall be communicated to the learner.
A grace period is not an automatic waiver of outstanding fees.
8.7 Unpaid Installments
Where installments remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date and any approved grace period, Hireyy may defer activation of payment-dependent services and take proportionate contractual action.
Restrictions on already activated services shall remain subject to the accepted agreement, reasonable notice where required, and Indian law.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
9.1 Five-Day Registration Refund Window
Hireyy follows a standard five-calendar-day no-questions-asked registration refund policy for eligible registrations.

The Company may request reasonable information necessary to verify enrollment, payment, identity and bank account details.
9.3 Authorized Refund Email Addresses
Formal voluntary refund requests must be submitted in writing to one of the following addresses:
The date and time at which the request reaches either designated email address shall ordinarily determine eligibility under the voluntary refund procedure.
9.4 Non-Authorized Refund Channels
The following communications do not constitute a formal application under the Company's voluntary refund procedure:
- WhatsApp text messages
- WhatsApp voice notes
- Telephone calls
- Verbal requests
- Messages to trainers or counselors
- Social media direct messages
- Other informal communication channels
Learners using these channels may be directed to submit their request through the designated email addresses.
This procedure does not restrict a consumer's ability to exercise statutory rights or submit complaints through legally recognized channels.
9.5 Settlement and Processing Charges
An eligible registration refund may be subject to a settlement or payment processing deduction ranging from 3% to 4% of the registration amount.
Such deduction shall apply only where the specific rate was disclosed and agreed before payment and is legally permissible.
No undisclosed cancellation charge shall be imposed.

The approved amount shall be transferred to the verified bank account provided by the learner or through another mutually agreed lawful payment method.
Where a banking or verification issue causes delay, Hireyy shall communicate the status to the learner.
9.7 Classroom Onboarding and Refund Eligibility
The standard voluntary registration refund facility is intended for learners who have not commenced their contracted classroom training.
Once a learner has been formally onboarded into the classroom and instructional services have commenced, the learner shall ordinarily cease to be eligible for a voluntary no-questions-asked refund.
Classroom commencement shall be determined from documented batch activation and commencement of instructional services, rather than merely the creation of an online account.
This condition must be clearly disclosed and accepted before enrollment.
This clause does not exclude a refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer protection law.
9.8 Requests After Five Days
Voluntary refund requests received after the standard five-day period shall ordinarily fall outside the refund window.
The Company may consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
9.9 Non-Participation
A learner's decision not to attend classes, complete assignments or use available learning resources does not automatically extend the voluntary refund period.
9.10 Refund and Access Termination
Upon effective cancellation and refund, the Company may discontinue access to paid classroom services and associated learning resources.
9.11 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or overrides non-waivable consumer rights or remedies under Indian law.
