Join us and start doing your life’s best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture/infrastructure with Project ManagerOversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review, coordination, integration and flow of development, testing, and deployment to support continuous delivery) and provide guidance to team membersPlan and design the structure of a technology (SQL Server, asp.net core, Tableau, SSIS, Power BI etc.) solutionMonitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goalsDetermining whether the current system can be upgraded or if a new system needs to be installedMeeting with the software developers to discuss the system software needsEnsuring access management and compliance are metCode release managementFocus on maintaining the end-to-end application delivery tool chainDetail and able to document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirementsGrow engineering teams by interviewing, recruiting and hiringAbility to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment for assigned projectsExceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical peopleExceptional ability to debug and root cause analysis to help fixing the errorsHandle customer interaction and requirement gathering session with business and propose suggestions for improvements, enhancements, and contribute on solution development. Help junior developers in calls to better understand the requirementsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
