Roles & Responsibility
  • Role: Collaborating with business in ensuring and maintaining 100 % compliance as per company policy and Compliance Audit Checklist by ensuring timely closure and action taken in the Region.
  • Ensuring adherence to various local laws and organisational systems &  processes
  • Conducting / coordinating Investigations on compliance cases and ensuring prompt closure in concurrence with organizational / legal framework while minimising escalation /impact on business.
  • Developing Employee Connect through town halls, Communication Sessions, Counseling, Rewards & Recognition and Motivational Nudges.
  • Organising grievance handling sessions to address employee queries and ensure that they are motivated and productive.
  • Organising employee engagement programs, development initiatives and rewards & recognition initiatives and ensuring implementation.
  • Maintaining proper and updated tracker on Employee Database, Attendance, Leaves and Payroll input data and sharing timely and accurate inputs to HO Team.
  • Coordination with Manpower Vendors regarding Pehchan enrollment and providing ESI benefits to employees and dependents. Also, coordination with Manpower Vendors/Insurance partners on Claim settlement and cashless hospitalization of employees and their dependents as and when required.
  • Ensuring that Biometric Attendance & Reports are aligned to physical / manual attendance and removing any discrepancies / misalignments to ensure error free payroll processing.
  • Handling day to day employee queries and providing prompt resolutions.
  • Ensuring correct employee-manager mapping and timely, meaningful and objective goal setting / upload process in Success Factors while ensuring 100% coverage of employees from warehouse location.
  • Coordinating with and assisting reporting managers for Mid-Year/ Annual Performance Reviews and Documentation as per framework and timelines.
  • Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines.
  • Partnering with all the stakeholders and getting the manpower requirements closed within stipulated timelines.

Responsibility:
  • Co-ordinate with HR Manager for day to day work.
  • Handle changes in HR policies related to Timings, Attendance and other issues related to salary and compliances.
  • Handling of HRMS (payroll) related Salary Package.
  • Time office activities – Attendance (TAMS), OT & Leave Management, Salary Administration.
  • Provide inputs for payroll and Full & final Settlement.
  • Support with P.F. Withdraw forms to left employee.
  • End to end Payroll Processing for specified entities.
  • Consolidation of inputs – coordination with all teams, Drafts validation / Finalizing payroll / Reconciliation
  • Payroll related Query Handling, Be employees SPOC for Specified unit
  • Complete Monthly / Yearly Payroll Reports & consolidation
  • Responsible for Compete Payroll Database for Entity specified
  • Compliances : Ensure all employees should have Bank Account, ESI, PF, and communicate on their benefits, Maintain S & E Compliances and Labor Abstracts and Labor registers at Warehouses
Qualification & Experience:
  • Strong in Excel, Time office and Payroll related knowledge
  • Experience in handling HR within Warehouse/Plants is desirable
  • Should have handled IR disturbances situations / IR Grievances
  • Minimum 1-3 years business/HR Generalist experience involving direct accountabilities in the areas of employee relations, IR, Contract Labor, L&D, benefits administration, job analysis and compensation administration
