Compliances : Ensure all employees should have Bank Account, ESI, PF, and communicate on their benefits, Maintain S & E Compliances and Labor Abstracts and Labor registers at Warehouses
Qualification & Experience:
Strong in Excel, Time office and Payroll related knowledge
Experience in handling HR within Warehouse/Plants is desirable
Should have handled IR disturbances situations / IR Grievances
Minimum 1-3 years business/HR Generalist experience involving direct accountabilities in the areas of
employee relations, IR, Contract Labor, L&D, benefits administration, job analysis and compensation
